1) Send a VIP invitation to your customers
Spoil your VIP customers and give them another good reason to come to Foodexpo. At Entrance West, we will create an exclusive VIP lounge where you have the opportunity to invite your VIPs.
The VIP Lounge includes:
- Complimentary catering on all three fair days
- Exciting products from you exhibitors
- Peaceful surroundings
- Workstations
- Wi-Fi and charging options
- Trade magazines
HOW:
All you need to do is send an email to Malene Hauge Sørensen at email: mhs@mch.dk, indicating how many VIP tickets you are interested in. You will then receive VIP invitations that you can send to your customers. As an exhibitor, you will only be invoiced 125 DKK excluding VAT per used VIP ticket, and you will only be billed for the individuals who use them. The amount will be included in your final invoice after the fair.
2) Host an event during Foodexpo
Many exhibitors choose to combine their trade fair participation with an event for their customers and partners. It can be a product demonstration, a network meeting, a lunch or activity at the stand, which you can invite your customers to.
