Sponsor products and get extra profiling

As an exhibitor, you have the opportunity for extra profiling by sponsoring products for various events. Get an overview of the areas and activities, you can sponsor your products to, here below.

If you sponsor products and wish surplus goods to be returned to you after the fair, your products must be collected right after the fair's closing time. We are unable to return excess items.

 

Goodie Bags

All passengers on the Express Bus from Copenhagen will receive a goodie bag.
Therefore, we are looking for snacks and beverages in transport-friendly to-go packaging that do not require refrigeration. Along with your product, you have the opportunity to include a flyer so that passengers can spend their time on the bus reading about your goods. If you wish to contribute products to the goodie bags, you need to be able to provide 100 units. If you wish to sponsor products, please contact Malene Hauge Sørensen at email: mhs@mch.dk.

VIP Lounge and Press Center

At Entrance West, you'll find the combined VIP Lounge and Press Center for the fair. This area is used by specially invited VIP fair guests, partners, speakers, journalists, photographers, etc.
For this area, we are looking for light snacks (individually wrapped), sweets, and beverages (with or without alcohol). We will arrange your products and ensure that flyers and other materials about your products are readily available to VIP guests and press members. For the specially invited guests of the fair, we are looking for exclusive products for 50 gift baskets.
